Ronald McDonald House Charities Fiji (RMHC Fiji), is a Fijian registered Charity, that is an affiliate of Ronald McDonald House Charities, Inc (RMHC). In September 2018, RMHC Fiji  introduced one of the core RMHC programs to Fiji: a Ronald McDonald Family Room, which is situated at the Pediatrics Department (Level 2) of the Colonial War Memorial Hospital in Suva. The Ronald McDonald Family Room program provides families and caregivers of children at the Pediatrics Wards, with care and resources to keep them strong so they can better support their ill or injured child.

On March 15th 2022, the Ronald McDonald House opened at the Labasa hospital providing accommodation to families who travel from outside of Labasa with a seriously ill or injured child.
